Every DESTINASEE product is made specifically for each customer through our trusted production partners.

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect colour selected by the customer
• Incorrect shipping address provided
• Delivery delays beyond our control

Please review all product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

• Your product arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong product.
• You receive the wrong size compared to your confirmed order.
• The printed design differs from your confirmed order.
• A manufacturing defect is present.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

To submit a claim, please include:

• Order Number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

All claims will be reviewed before approval.

DESTINASEE reserves the right to reject claims that cannot be reasonably verified or fall outside this policy.
