Orders may be cancelled within **1 hour** of being placed, provided production has not started.

After 1 hour, orders are automatically submitted for production. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded because every DESTINASEE product is made to order specifically for each customer.

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours, print placement, and product appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings and normal manufacturing processes.

All DESTINASEE products are produced on demand. Small variations in print position, colour, stitching, or finishing are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and are not defects.

Some hotel and transportation links on DESTINASEE connect users to trusted external booking providers.

Reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, pricing, and customer support for these travel services are managed directly by the respective provider. DESTINASEE is not responsible for services provided by external booking platforms.

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and branding, is the property of DESTINASEE and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DESTINASEE's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
