When will my order ship?
All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled within **1 hour** of being placed, provided production has not started. After 1 hour, orders are automatically submitted for production. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded because every DESTINASEE product is made to order specifically for each customer.
Can I return my order?
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items.
I ordered the wrong size.
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot replace products ordered in the wrong size.
My product arrived damaged.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
